The Granola Project

As I mentioned in Monday’s profile of Lauren Soloff, she is the genius behind The Granola Project. She has been making granola for years but started really getting into it about three years ago. After testing countless recipes and trying any granola recipe she could get her hands on, Lauren started making her own special blend for friends and family. It instantly caught on – people started asking to buy it and soon it became her professional hobby. You can currently get it in-store at Heath Ceramics in LA and at Dream Collective in Silver Lake. I also ordered some to sell at my Almont and Brentwood stores for the holidays. I highly recommend grabbing a jar when you can – not only is the packaging great, but the granola is amazing! My entire family loves it, especially Tanner and Richard. XXJKE
