Meet our New Italian Suede Slipper

Like my original d’Orsay flat, our mule slide has become one our best-selling, staple items; what we’ve dubbed a “Jenni Kayne Classic”. It’s a beautifully made shoe that is easy to wear while looking smart and sophisticated with everything. They’re just a no brainer. This fall I wanted to give our mule a new spin by designing an option with a rounded toe and an equally high vamp. I’ve been gravitating towards more rounded shapes recently, using them with our new ballet flat and loafer mule, and I knew that on the mule flat a round toe would look beautifully spare, almost like a very luxe slipper. You can pick up a pair in black and saddle suede this season; like all of our shoes they are made in Italy using Italian leathers.
